Clinic Mapper is an information directory. The content is not medical advice and does not replace a doctor's assessment.

Prescription medicine requires a doctor's assessment. Talk to a doctor about whether treatment is right for you.

Where the information comes from

The information is collected from the clinics' own websites. It may be out of date or incomplete. The "Checked" date shows when we last checked it.

We don't reproduce the clinics' own offers, guarantees or promotions. Always check current prices and terms directly with the clinic before you decide.

No transactions via Clinic Mapper

We don't sell medicine, book appointments or take part in agreements between you and a clinic.

Verification

A verified profile means the clinic pays an ongoing fee and has confirmed the details in its own profile. It is not a quality rating by Clinic Mapper.

The order of the list is determined solely by the selected sorting. Paying for a verified profile does not affect it, and the "Verified only" filter only hides other clinics.

Verification is requested via the "For clinics" page and is the site's only income. During the test phase there are no verified clinics.

Verification for clinics (business terms)

Verification is a subscription for clinics with two plans: $990 per year (the default) or $99 per month, both excl. VAT, billed per period.

The subscription renews automatically for one period at a time (a year or a month). We send a reminder 14 days before a yearly renewal. The clinic can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current paid period.

Changes to the price or terms are notified at least 30 days in advance.

"Verified" only means that the clinic has confirmed the details in its own profile. It doesn't affect the order of the list and is neither an endorsement nor a quality assessment by Clinic Mapper.

The clinic is responsible for the accuracy of its details and for complying with the rules on marketing and on advertising medicinal products.

The details must be re-confirmed at least every 12 months and whenever prices or services change. If they are not re-confirmed, the label is removed, even if the subscription is paid.

The label is removed when the subscription is cancelled or ends. If a payment fails, the label is kept for up to 14 days while we retry the payment. If the details are false, we may remove the label, and we will tell the clinic why.

If verification ends, the clinic's listing stays unchanged. Clinics can always have their details corrected free of charge.

Liability

We take care to keep the information correct, but we can't guarantee that it is complete or up to date. Clinic Mapper is not responsible for the clinics' services, prices or websites.

Our liability for loss resulting from use of the site is limited to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory rights under Danish law are not affected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes are settled by the Danish courts.
